5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

PoopyFeed is a tracking and organization tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a child’s health or medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in PoopyFeed.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the information, notes, and other content you enter into PoopyFeed (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the content.
• Your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.

You grant PoopyFeed a limited license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of PoopyFeed or other users’ enjoyment of the service.
• Use automated systems (such as bots or scrapers) to access the service except as permitted by us in writing.

8. Subscription, Fees, and Changes

If PoopyFeed offers paid features or subscriptions, we will provide applicable pricing and billing terms within the app or on our website. We may modify pricing or features from time to time as permitted by applicable law, and will communicate material changes in a reasonable manner.

You may stop using PoopyFeed at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoopyFeed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoopyFeed and its owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for access to PoopyFeed during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PoopyFeed and its owners, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of PoopyFeed after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
